Deciding where to live in your retirement years requires a lot of thought and sound professional advice. Consumer Affairs Victoria have produced a guide called "Retirement villages - Guide to choosing and living in a retirement village" . This guide can be helpful in deciding if a retirement village is the right option for you. It also provides impartial information on your rights and responsibilities while you live in your retirement village. We provide you with a free copy for your reference when you visit our sales office. We recommend that you use this as a reference guide and take it with you whenever you conduct your research. You can also access this guide online: click here (PDF).
