Your guests are always welcome at Yarrbat Place Balwyn and can share in enjoying the facilities and activities with you while in the Village. Deciding where to live in your retirement years requires a lot of thought and sound professional advice. Consumer Affairs Victoria have produced a guide called "Retirement villages - Guide to choosing and living in a retirement village" . This guide can be helpful in deciding if a retirement village is the right option for you. It also provides impartial information on your rights and responsibilities while you live in your retirement village. We provide you with a free copy for your reference when you visit our sales office. We recommend that you use this as a reference guide and take it with you whenever you conduct your research. You can also access this guide online: click here (PDF).
