We are very lucky with our villages and the community support it creates for our residents, particularly during these difficult times. Nevertheless, as the number of coronavirus cases rise across Australia, the level of anxiety can increase. As the Australian Psychological Society (APS) explains, feelings of worry and unease can be expected, however, it is important that we learn to manage our stress before it turns to more severe anxiety and panic. The APS has prepared a guide with strategies to help cope with the stress or anxiety experienced as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
